Hanabi in SUMMER 2006

It was such a very long time that I have not touched the blog updating
because I have been very busy with my PhD exam which will be held this coming Aug 24-25.

Anyway, I relaxed myself by going to see the fireworks twice at Yodo river and Biwa lake.
I am not a good photographer for fireworks, so let's enjoy the video via YouTUBE.

... The finale of Yodogawa Fireworks ...

P.S. HanaBi = 花火= Flower+Fire = ดอกไม้ไฟ ... But not Fire+Work It means we might get this word from Japanese or Chinese, not English.

also in Malay, we call it Bunga Api = Flower Fire.
Since the Chinese created the fireworks, the word "fire flower" is more appropriate??
