17:00-18:00 Furusato-kan (Hakata historic museum)
18:00-02:00 Hanging out with friends in Hakata (Beer restaurant, Ramen yatai)

9:00-12:00 Japan Chemical Engineering Conference at Fukuoka University
----- Afternoon session was canceled because of typhoon No.13 -----
14:00-16:00 On the bus to Kumamoto city under the typhoon
17:00 Arrival at Taiun Hotel near Kumamoto station safely
----- The hotel was shaken all night by the typhoon -----

Morning: Kumamoto castel

Afternoon: Suizenji Park, Jane's house (Japan res cross memorial museum)

Evening: Downtown of Kumamoto city

----- Spending all day in Mt. Aso -----

----- What a pity that I couldn't see the lava upthere due to its SO2 overlimit -----

17:00 Leaving Kumamoto city
18:00 Arrival in Kagoshima city by Tsubami Shinkansen
21:00 At Host family's house in Fukuyama-cho for the second time
----- The coup de'ta was happened in Thailand, I could not sleep till 3am -----

8:30-16:00 Vegetable delivery with host dad from our place to kagoshima city
----- Checking the situation in Thailand with my mom and friends all day -----
16:00-17:00 at Nagashima Art museum, a great viewpoint for Mt. Sakurajima


18:00-21:00 Meet friends at Kagoshima University and had dinner in downtown

Morning: Got some rest due to less sleep on the Coup de'ta night
----- Cooking 'Chicken rice' for my host family's lunch -----
Afternoon: help giving a pear for safe driving campaign and digging sweet potatoes
----- Cooking 'Tom kha kai' for dinner -----

----- All day digging sweet potatoes ------

18:00-20:00 Last dinner at the best Sushi restaurant for me (my second visit)

10:00-12:00 Hiking with host mom at Mt. karakunidake


15:00 Leaving Kagoshima by JAL2408
16:30 Arrival in Itami airport, Osaka
18:00 Home Sweet Home in Katsura, Kyoto :)
